Who we are
An online productivity platform that runs in your browser
Sintools helps people work with PDFs, images, documents, text and other digital files directly from their browser. There is nothing to install and nothing to set up — open a tool page, drop in a file, and get the result.
The platform is organised around everyday tasks: compressing an image, merging or splitting a PDF, extracting text with OCR, converting formats, formatting code, generating QR codes and preparing assets for social media.

Our mission
Why Sintools exists
Simple digital tasks became unnecessarily difficult. Converting a file often meant downloading a large desktop program, creating an account before seeing a result, or uploading a private document to a server with no clear explanation of what happened to it afterwards. Some tools were slow; others hid basic functions behind an expensive subscription.
Sintools exists to remove that friction. Modern browsers can already resize images, read PDFs, run OCR and process text on their own — so most of our tools use those capabilities directly. The result is a browser-first platform where common tasks are quick to finish, free to use for everyday needs, and clear about what happens to your data.

Sintools was created by Rudra Behera to build fast, privacy-first online productivity tools that are simple, secure, and accessible. The focus is on creating practical browser-based tools that help users work efficiently without unnecessary complexity.

Privacy
How your files and data are handled
Browser-based processing
Where a browser can do the job — image compression and conversion, PDF merging and splitting, OCR, text and code utilities — the file is processed on your device and is never uploaded.
Secure transfer when a server is needed
A small number of features require a server. Those requests travel over HTTPS to our Cloudflare edge, and we keep only what the feature needs to work.
Authentication security
Accounts are handled by Firebase Authentication with email verification. Sintools never stores your password.
Payment security
Subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and are never seen or stored by Sintools.
