By accessing or using Sintools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Review and take responsibility for any content generated through the Service.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.
• Circumvent academic, publisher, or platform integrity rules where prohibited.
• Automate abusive traffic, scrape at scale, or bypass rate limits.

The Service, including its software, branding, and content (excluding user inputs and outputs), is owned by Sintools or its licensors. You retain rights to the text you submit and to the outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Paid plans (e.g. "Pro") are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.

Access to Pro features continues through the end of the current paid period after cancellation.

Payments are billed in advance through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees and taxes. If a charge fails, we may suspend Pro access until payment is resolved.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sintools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes based on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sintools is operated, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The specific governing jurisdiction will be specified here once finalized.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
